What began as the small Deli & Biltong Shack in May 2021, has grown into so much more.
Welcome to Deli Etc.
Our aim is to offer a range of premium quality natural and organic products in the Hout Bay Area.
The idea was born out of the love and appreciation for good, honest, healthy food without the nasties. Our products are sourced from preferably small scale local producers and farmers that follow ethical and sustainable principles, which in turn benefits the local communities.
Our biltong is made on site from pasture reared meat with the spices we blend ourselves. The droëwors is produced by our proud butcher partners, using the same ethically sourced meat and then dried in our driers.
Our eatery is open from Monday to Saturday and all meals are prepared fresh to order with only ethically sourced meat and dairy being used, and organic ingredients wherever possible. The bread and hamburger buns are baked fresh every morning in our little bakery.
As a husband and wife team Kelvin and Lynette have been in organic and natural food retail and production for over 10 years and we really value the interaction with our customers.
